Earlier today, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch released an article touting the Grove as a “Hip-‘Hood” in St. Louis. The article highlights the successes of the district, while paying respect to WUMCRC, the Grove Community Improvement District and the many business-owners and developers who have invested in the area’s rejuvenation and continued success.
